English
Healance helps you turn Apple Health and nutrition records into clear personal wellness trends. You can review daily status, track health scores, generate AI wellness reports, estimate nutrition from meal photos, and save reviewed nutrition entries to Apple Health.
Apple Watch is strongly recommended for the best experience because it can provide richer heart rate, HRV, sleep, and workout data. Healance can still work with available Apple Health data, but some charts and reports may be limited when key data is missing.

Common Questions
Health data does not appear
Healance needs permission to read Apple Health data. Open the Health app or iOS Settings and confirm that Healance has access to the Health categories you want to use.
If Apple Health has little or no data for a category, Healance may show "Not enough data" or omit that chart. Heart, HRV, sleep stage, and workout insights are usually more complete when Apple Watch data is available.
Today's Status is empty
Today's Status uses derived Healance metrics such as Recovery, Training Load, and Stress Trend. These metrics are created after a health report is generated. If you have not generated a report yet, this section may be empty.
AI reports fail to generate
Report generation requires network access and a working backend connection. If generation fails, check your network connection and try again later.
Free users may be limited by report cooldown and analysis-window rules. Pro users have higher limits according to the current subscription plan.
Food photo analysis is unavailable or limited
Free users have a limited number of food photo analyses per day. Auto-scan is a Pro feature. If you reach your daily limit, wait until the quota resets or upgrade to Pro.
Food photo nutrition estimates look inaccurate
Food photo analysis is an estimate. Lighting, angle, hidden ingredients, portion size, container size, and mixed dishes can affect the result. Always review detected foods and nutrition values before saving them to Apple Health.
Nutrition records are duplicated or incorrect
You can review nutrition entries before writing them to Apple Health. If a saved entry is wrong, you can delete it from the Nutrition Log in Healance. Records already written to Apple Health can also be managed in the Apple Health app.
How do I restore purchases?
Open the Pro upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases. Restored subscriptions are linked to your Apple ID and verified through Apple's StoreKit system.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings > Account > Delete Account. This removes your cloud account and app-specific server records, subject to legal, security, and operational retention requirements. Data already written to Apple Health is managed by Apple Health and can be edited or removed there.
Is Healance medical advice?
No. Healance is for personal wellness tracking and reflection. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency advice, or a substitute for professional medical care. For medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
